1 Introduction and Scope

This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User") and cuci10 ("Platform", "We"). This Agreement governs your use of all services, websites, applications and content provided by cuci10 under the domain cuci10.onl.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

cuci10 supports a range of payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking through FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies (USDT, BTC, ETH). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) except for crypto payments which use the prevailing exchange rate.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM50.
• Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered under the name of the registered user. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Deposited funds are verified and credited to the user's cuci10 account as soon as the payment is successfully confirmed.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is RM50.
• The withdrawal processing period is between 10 to 45 minutes depending on the payment method selected.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to an account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the user's cuci10 account.
• Users who have not completed the identity verification process may experience delays in withdrawal processing.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

cuci10 offers various promotions to registered members from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions displayed alongside the offer. Users are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of each promotion before accepting it.

Welcome Bonus:

New users are eligible to receive a first deposit bonus of 120% up to RM1,500. For example, a deposit of RM100 will generate a bonus of RM120, giving a total balance of RM220. The bonus wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount — in this case, RM120 × 20 = RM2,400 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

• This bonus is only available for each user's first deposit.
• The wagering requirement must be completed within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms.
• Winnings generated from bets placed using personal cash (not bonus funds) are not subject to the bonus wagering requirement.
• cuci10 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there are signs of misuse or fraud.

6 Game Rules

The Malay language version of this document is the official version that applies in any dispute. If there is a conflict between a translated version and the Malay language version, the Malay language version shall take precedence.
